Ransdell Ballroom
Beautiful on the Inside and Out
The Ransdell Ballroom’s historic mansard-style architecture and beautifully restored hardwood floors make it the perfect venue for weddings, concerts, dance parties, and other large celebrations. Adding to the ambiance of ballroom events is the large stage styled with rich, blue velvet curtains that complement the handmade draperies covering the room’s nine-foot original windows. Located on the second floor of the Opera House, the ballroom is accessible by elevator and has a capacity for up to 250 guests. It offers a catering kitchen and private restrooms.

Renting the Ransdell Ballroom requires a Security Deposit
due at the time the contract is signed. The rental fee is due
120 days in advance of the event date. Discounts are available
for bookings made within 6 weeks of an event.
